Family Martial Arts:  Kung Fu Black Belt Program

This class is offered for children ages 6 to 9 Parents are encouraged to stay and watch classes.

Martial Arts is great for improving self confidence, this happens through two areas, as students progress through the belt ranks their belief and confidence grows, competency breeds confidence. Also by learning to defend themselves they feel more secure which greatly improves self confidence.

Martial Arts has great mental benefits students will develop self control, concentration and respect.

Agility training is part of the program:  Children who involved in other sports like baseball, soccer, basketball, hockey will also benefit from this program it will help them to develop physical skills like speed, power and co-ordination which improve their athletic ability!

We are providing respectful and safe environment. Self-discipline, respect, hard work, confidence are embodied in the program. Part of the belt advancement student must be respectful at home and school, demonstrate forth a good effort in learning.  We are encouraging students to demonstrate perseverance in learning and good behaviour.

Beginner – Basic Course“yellow belt”  

This is three month program design to develop physical stamina, moral courage along with learning basic kicks, blocks and self defense techniques and games. 

After completing Basic Course students must apply for and be accepted to the Black Belt Program.

Tuesday 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm - Colour belts class

 

Wednesday 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm  – Colour belts class

Thursday 6:00 pm to 6:45 pm – All belts class
